dia!!!
Ahhhh,
Gramado...acho essa cidade um charme!!
Chegamos
ontem e já fomos direto para uma fábrica de chocolate (muito típico da região)!
Muitas compras e várias calorias depois, viemos para nosso DELICIOSO hotel, com
uma arquitetura linda (é um castelinho) e muito aconchegante! Realmente nos
sentimos um pouco na Europa por aqui...
Hoje,
apesar da chuva, tivemos um dia intenso de passeios: visitamos o museu de cera,
o museu do automóvel, fizemos um “desfile de modas” em uma loja de couro e para
finalizar a tarde, visitamos o Castelinho Caracol, onde todos conheceram o pequeno
museu com objetos da colonização alemã e ainda tiveram a oportunidade de
saborear o melhor Apfelstrudel (torta de maçã) da região! Agora à noite fomos
jantar em um autêntico “Café Colonial” da Serra Gaúcha, onde saboreamos tortas
doces e salgadas, salgadinhos, queijos, frios, tortas entre outras delicias que
vocês nem imaginam!
Amanhã
vamos fazer nossos últimos passeios por aqui, e após o almoço partiremos para Porto
Alegre, última cidade do Brasil que vamos visitar nessa grande viagem: em
seguida vamos para Uruguai e Argentina! O caminho ainda é muito longo até lá,
vamos atravessar a fronteira para o Uruguai pelo Chuí, cidade mais meridional
do Brasil!
Um
grande abraço e mando mais notícias já de Punta del Este, no Uruguai!

Ahhhh, Gramado ... I think
this town really charming!
We arrived here yesterday and
we went straight to a chocolate factory (very typical on the region). A lot of
shopping and many calories later, we came to our hotel, with is a small
“castle”! We really feel in Europe over here!
Today despite of the rain, we
had an intense day of tours: we visited the Wax and Hollywood Dream Cars
museum, we made a “Top Model” presentation on a leather store and we finished
our tours visiting Castelinho Caracol,
where we could get to know a small museum of the German colonization of the
area, as well had the opportunity to taste the best Apfelstrudel (apple pie) of
the region! The German students on the trip were really excited about it! At night we ate dinner at the authentic “Café
Colonial” of Serra Gaúcha, where we tasted sweet and salty pies, cheeses, and
other delicious that you probably cannot imagine!
Tomorrow morning we will make
our last tours over here, and after lunch we will leave to Porto Alegre, last
city we are visiting in Brazil: then we will go to Uruguay and Argentina! We
still have a long way ahead: we will cross the border to Uruguay at Chuí, the
most southern city of Brazil!
